尹思哲，曾任職信報財經新聞科技編輯，負責 StartupBeat 內容編採及信報財經新聞的數碼媒體產品開發、蘋果日報科技專欄作家、主場新聞第一位正式全職員工。著有《Web 2.0大引爆》（合著）、《創業起義》及《初創起義》，其中《初創起義》獲得了香港出版雙年獎2019。
曾經採訪的創業者或企業家，包括 Eric Schmidt、徐立、Kris Hagerman、Jonathan Medved 等等，訪問過許多香港 Startups，包括香港高登、OpenRice、Baby-kingdom、she.com、DCFever、Qooza、Lakoo、6Waves、GoGoVan、WeLab、Lalamove、TNG、iClick、Klook、Fano Labs、SenseTime。
另有創作《程式員系列》，故事包括「17歲程式少女」、「程式員之死」、「地獄程式員」以及「從程式員到股神」。
曾為Riseconf、互聯網經濟峰會及許多其他創科會議，主持 fireside chat 對談及各種專題討論，也曾擔任「香港資訊及通訊科技獎」及「恒管商業新聞獎」等比賽的評審。
尹思哲這個筆名，始於蘋果日報財經版《案內人隨筆》專欄，自此就一直在參與各種 Media Startup 或Project，包括壹傳媒旗下超本地化社交平台 HomeBloc，《Web 2.0大引爆》和《創業起義》這兩本書，到後來參與主場新聞，作為第一位正式全職員工，輾轉再到信報財經新聞推出「StartupBeat」，一切皆緣份，想到就做、從沒有周詳計劃。
